If you are not at home, the courier will leave a delivery notice with:<\/p>

– the package tracking number (below the barcode)
– the address of the holding office and the hours during which you can pick up your package<\/p>

The courier will attempt delivery on the day specified in the message you will receive by email. If no one is home, the courier will leave a delivery notice with all the information needed to pick up your parcel independently. <\/p>

Once the parcel is in our possession, it is not possible to change the delivery address. For FG Delivery, what matters most is that your parcel reaches its destination without any issues. For this reason, our delivery times are between 5 and 7 days from the moment your parcel is handed over to our national HUB. You will receive an email when your parcel is out for delivery. Once your parcel has been handed over to FG Delivery, you will no longer be able to change the delivery date. At FG Delivery, we will deliver your parcel to the address provided by the sender. It is not possible to choose an alternative collection point. You can track your parcel during shipping, and on the day of delivery, you will receive an email notification. <\/p>
