I have an issue with my parcel and I want to contact FG Delivery. What should I do?

What happens if I wait for my parcel to be delivered but I am not at home?
If you are not at home, the courier will leave a delivery notice with:
– the package tracking number (below the barcode)
– the address of the holding office and the hours during which you can pick up your package
You can pick up your parcel directly at the collection office during the indicated hours. It is not possible to schedule a new delivery.
Can I schedule an appointment for the delivery of my parcel?
The courier will attempt delivery on the day specified in the message you will receive by email. If no one is home, the courier will leave a delivery notice with all the information needed to pick up your parcel independently.
It is not possible to schedule a delivery to your address.
Can I change the delivery address?
Once the parcel is in our possession, it is not possible to change the delivery address. Check if you can change the delivery address directly with the store where you bought the product or with the sender of your parcel.
How long does delivery take?
For FG Delivery, what matters most is that your parcel reaches its destination without any issues. For this reason, our delivery times are between 5 and 7 days from the moment your parcel is handed over to our national HUB. You will receive an email when your parcel is out for delivery. You can track your parcel here by entering the tracking number provided in the email you received from the sender who dispatched your parcel.
Can I change the delivery date?
Once your parcel has been handed over to FG Delivery, you will no longer be able to change the delivery date. You can track your parcel and will receive an email notification on the day your parcel is delivered to the specified address.
Can I choose a pickup point if I am not at home?
At FG Delivery, we will deliver your parcel to the address provided by the sender. It is not possible to choose an alternative collection point. You can track your parcel during shipping, and on the day of delivery, you will receive an email notification.
If there is no one at the delivery address, we will leave a notice with the location where you can collect your parcel, including the opening hours and address.
My parcel has been lost or damaged. What should I do?
We recommend directly contacting the website where you made your purchase to get information and find the best solution for you.
My parcel shows “delivery notice left” when I track my shipment. What does it mean?
The courier did not find anyone at the time of delivery and left a paper delivery notice. The notice will show the nearest collection point, including the address, opening hours, and all instructions for collecting your parcel.
On the delivery notice, you will find the location where you can pick up your package.
Can I request a new delivery if my parcel is at the pickup point?
If you have received a paper notice showing that your parcel has been left at a collection point, it will include the address and opening hours of the office where your parcel can be collected. Go directly to the indicated centre to collect it.
When does FG Delivery Customer Care respond?
FG Delivery Customer Care is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
How do I track a parcel I am expecting from FG Delivery?
You can track your parcel by entering the tracking number, which starts with FGD, into the designated search bar on the tracking page of our website. In just a few seconds, you will have access to the status of your delivery.
Do you not have the tracking number?
You can find the tracking number in the email you received from the sender who dispatched your parcel. The code starts with FGD.
Where can I find the tracking number to track my parcel?
The tracking code is located below the barcode on the label attached to your parcel. You can recognise it because it starts with FGD, as shown in the image below.
Why am I unable to track my parcel?
If you are unable to track your parcel, it means it has not yet been handed over to our National HUB. You will receive an email when your parcel is out for delivery, and from that moment you will be able to track it.
How can I submit a complaint to FG Delivery?
If you are not satisfied with FG Delivery’s service, you can submit a report by completing this form. Our Customer Care team will respond within 48 working hours.
Alternatively, you can submit a formal complaint by completing the form on the website’s Complaint page. You will receive a response within 45 days.
What is the Tracking service and how does it work?
Tracking is the FG Delivery’s service that allows you to track your parcel. Simply enter the tracking number in the search bar, and in just a few seconds you will be able to view the delivery status of your shipment.
You can find the tracking number in the email you received from the sender who dispatched your parcel, and it starts with FGD.
Is it possible to track my shipment even if I do not have the tracking number?
If you do not have the tracking number, we recommend contacting the sender who dispatched your parcel. The tracking number is included in the email sent to you by the sender when they dispatched your parcel to FG Delivery. It is a number that starts with FGD.
What is the fastest way to contact FG Delivery?

I have received my parcel but there is a problem. What should I do?
FG Delivery handles the shipment of your parcel until it is successfully delivered and is not responsible for the contents of the parcel. If you have an issue with the contents, we recommend contacting the sender who dispatched your parcel directly or referring to the website where you made your purchase.
I want to make a return. How do I proceed?

I received an email stating that my parcel was out for delivery today, but it has not arrived.
Check your mailbox for a delivery notice. If you have received one, it means the courier called but no one was home, and the notice shows where you can collect your parcel and the office opening hours.
Check that the parcel has not been delivered to someone else at the delivery address; the courier requests a signature from the person who answers the intercom.
Can I have my parcel collected by someone else?
If you have provided your phone number, the courier will call you if no one is at the delivery address: at that moment, you can authorise someone else to sign on your behalf.
