I have an issue with my parcel and I want to contact FG Delivery. What should I do?

Our Customer Care team is available Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30.
What happens if I wait for my parcel to be delivered but I am not at home?
If you are not at home, the courier will leave a delivery notice with:
– the parcel tracking number (below the barcode)
– the address of the collection office with the hours when you can pick up your parcel
– the phone number of the collection office.
You can pick up your parcel directly at the collection office during the indicated hours. It is not possible to schedule a new delivery.
Can I schedule an appointment for the delivery of my parcel?
The courier will attempt delivery on the day specified in the message you will receive by email. If no one is home, the courier will leave a delivery notice with all the information needed to pick up your parcel independently.
It is not possible to schedule a delivery to your address.
Can I change the delivery address?
Once the parcel is in our possession, it is not possible to change the delivery address. Check if you can change the delivery address directly with the store where you bought the product or with the sender of your parcel.
